Steven Jessie Mitchell, 35, of Clinton, passed away July 15, 2016. He was born October 7, 1980 in McCrory, AR to Eddie Jay Mitchell and Linda Sue Redd. Steven was of the Baptist faith, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting, mudding and smoking meats on the smoker. Steven was an outdoors man.
Left to cherish his memory are wife, Ashley Cargile Mitchell, children Derek Payne and Kelsey Payne; his mother Linda Sue Redd. Steven is also survived by siblings Chris Mitchell and wife Beth of Hot Springs, Michael Mitchell and wife Bridgette of Shirley, Jennifer Mitchell of Searcy and Joseph Mitchell of Texas, 3 nieces, 1 nephew, 1 great-nephew and many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Eddie Jay Mitchell.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
