Obituary for Patricia Ann Vaughn (Bagby)

Patricia Ann Bagby Vaughn, 67, of Clinton, passed away September 9, 2016. She was born on February 9, 1949 in Parma, Missouri to Clyde Cleveland and Lotha May Reynolds Bagby. Patricia loved going to church and attended Botkinburg Community Four Square Church. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed gardening and nurturing her flowers.
Left to cherish Patricia's memory are her daughter Carolyn Slack of Clinton, step-children Bill Blantz of Clinton and Tina Salisbury of Clinton; grandchildren Andrea Vance and husband Rick of Clinton, James R. Slack of Cherry Point, NC, Haley Pearson of Clinton and Ryan Pearson of Clinton; and great-grandchildren Kristopher Vance of Clinton and Nicholas Vance of Clinton. Patricia is also survived by her life partner of over 20 years, Donnie Hamner; siblings Anita Zetterstrom of Tacoma, WA, and Rodger Bagby and wife Tenne of Ekno, NV; nieces and nephews Diane Padgett, Erik Zetterstrom, Kristin Zetterstrom, Lori Arney, Rodger Bagby (Jr.), and Marcus Bagby; aunt Herlene Cates of Clinton and other family and friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her father Clyde Cleveland Bagby, mother Lotha May Reynolds Bagby, sister Shirlene Pinkerton, brother Allen Bagby, infant brother Jerry Ramsey and nephew Michael Cobos.
Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Botkinburg Community Four Square Church with Brother Rocky Thomas officiating.
The family will hold a private burial at a later date in Bluffton Cemetery.
