Sharon Kay Alters, 37, of Fairfield Bay, passed away December 20, 2017. Born June 18, 1980 in Decatur, Illinois to Larry Thomas Reynolds and Connie Sue Hancock. Sharon was an employee at the Western Sizzlin' before becoming disabled. She enjoyed reading, cooking and swimming.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Larry Reynolds ,Connie Hancock and stepdad, Mike Brow; one daughter, Haylee Sue Smith of Fairfield Bay; siblings, Becky and husband Russell Rhoden of Warren, Arkansas, Buddy and wife Casey Funk of Neosho, Missouri, Barbie and husband Jeremy Sweat of Bentonville, Arkansas, Kelly and husband Ray Johnson of Shirley; several nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.
Sharon is preceded in death by her husband Albert (Bear) Alters Jr.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2017, 1pm, with services following at 2pm at the Clinton Funeral Service Chapel. Brother Buddy Funk will be officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
Nephews will be serving as Pall Bearers
