Hazel Sullivan, 84 of Shirley, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018. Born September 8, 1934 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Everette and Patsy Boone. Hazel worked for the Van Buren County Special School as a bookkeeper and was devoted to caring for her family.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Michael A. Sullivan of Shirley; nephews, Daniel Boone, James Boone; A close friend, Pat Boone, along with many other friends and other family members.
Hazel is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alan Sullivan; brother, Earl Boone and his wife Mary Lee Boone.
Services will be held Monday, March 5, 2018, 3:30pm at the Clinton Funeral Service Chapel.
