Phyllis Ann Dowell, 78 of Conway, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Born January 29, 1940 in Redonodo, California to Pearl Ann Bennett. Phyllis was of the Baptist faith; she was a pet lover, especially of her parrot, Chucky and her dog, pee wee; a lover of salt water fishing in California, fresh water fishing in Arkansas, gardening, canning and a NASCAR fan.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, John Jeffrey Dowell of Green Forest, Arkansas, Rosalee Webb of Green Forest, Arkansas, Jack and wife Karen Dowell of Conway, Arkansas; several friends and other family members.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her mother; husband, John Wesley Dowell.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 5pm to 7pm at the Clinton Funeral Service Chapel. Services will be held Friday, March 23, 2018 at 1pm at the Eureka Springs Cemetery with Darriel Ezell officiating the service.
