Frank Paul Lipscomb, Sr., 57, of Shirley, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018. Born October 6, 1960, in Lancaster, CA to the late Beverly Snyder. Frank owned two businesses before his health declined. He loved boating, fishing and spending time with family.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Janice Lipscomb; one daughter, Beverly Phillips and partner Donnie Branscum; grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Lipscomb of Clinton, Pyper Lyn Lipscomb of Clinton, Faith Phillips of Batesville, Hope Phillips of Batesville, Charity Branscum of Batesville and Jorja Eischen of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Frank is preceded in death by his mother and one son, Frank Paul Lipscomb, Jr.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
