Carl Wayne Buckelew, 76 of Clinton, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018. Born October 9, 1941 in Clinton, Arkansas to the late Edward Earl and Adrien Faye Williams Buckelew. Carl was a veteran of the United States Marines; he was employed by Ozark Health and worked in the maintenance department. He enjoyed mechanics and was the manager of the VFW in Choctaw.
Left to cherish his memories is children, Stacee Renee and husband Marty Brown of Columbus, Indiana, Michael Earl and wife Jerri Buckelew of Clinton, Arkansas; his granddaughter Whitney (Michael) Wray of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and his grandson Dylan (Nina) Buckelew of Clinton, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Linda Sue Hillis and three sons Wayne, Jason and Kevin Buckelew. He is also preceded in death by his parents Edward Earl and Faye Williams Buckelew, brothers Lee, Judge, and Eddie and his sister Ruby. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 27, 2018, 2pm at the Clinton Funeral Service Chapel. The family will have a private burial at Culpepper Cemetery
