Carl Lee Felton, 74, of Scotland, passed away Sunday, March 13. Born February 21, 1942 to the late Harold F. Felton and Helen Jackson Felton in the Crowell Mountain Community. Carl's favorite past times were hunting, trail riding on his 4-wheeler and working on small engines. Carl loved his animals and his family very much. He enjoyed teasing and acting silly with his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Carolyn Felton; sons Randell D. Felton of Indiana and Richard P. Felton of Texas and daughter Karla D. Ross of Texas; brothers Princeton Felton of Clinton and Robert Felton and wife Rosie of Scotland; sisters Dorothy Gardner and husband Clifford of Little Rock, Rachel Sykes of Little Rock, Frances Owens and husband Jerry of Jacksonville and Faye Felton of Clarksville, AR. He was also survived by grandson Brandon Ross, granddaughters Amanda Dickens and Kimberly Martin, as well as 6 great-grandchildren and numerous, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents and son Russell S. Felton; brothers Frank D. Felton, Doug Felton, James A. Felton, Ted Felton and sisters Elsie Cook, Betty Stafford and Shirley Ann Felton.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Scotland Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church. Services will be at 2:00 pm at Scotland Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church with Sister Shelia Gardner and Brother Paul Felton officiating. Burial will follow in Crowell Mountain Cemetery.
Pall Bearers are Jed Felton, Ben Felton, Josh Felton, Paul Felton, Michael Cook, Jeremiah Felton, and Jonathan Duckett.
